Unlike the white cloud, a black cloud is a health care practitioner who tends to attract a high volume of hot messes, train wrecks, and ridiculous circumstances, all of which lead to the inevitable nervous breakdown, hypoglycemia, and lack of sleep (and not necessarily in this order).^[1]
