Prince Phillip is the son of King Hubert and hero in Disney's animated classic Sleeping Beauty. Prince Phillip is the first and only Disney character to successfully administer an opioid antagonist to a princess and save her life.[1]
Medical Training
The Disney film doesn't do justice to Prince Phillip's medical training. Not many people realize that Prince Phillip successfully completed training as an EMT before he decided to pursue medical school. Prince Phillip had just started his residency training at Medieval England School of Medicine (MESM) but thanks to a rigorous orientation program was BLS & ACLS certified. It was thanks to his medical training that Princess Aurora got the appropriate medical care.
A Humble Prince
Many of those close to Prince Phillip know that he is a humble soul. He'll be the first to admit: "It's not gentlemanly to kiss a women without her consent, no?" Princess Aurora cannot say enough kind words about her prince. "He saved my life and then got my consent to kiss me," a blushing Princess Aurora confessed. "Of course I want to kiss him!"
