The RKO is Randy Orton's jumping cutter. In this aggressive physical exam move, the health care provider runs towards the offending med student, grabs his or her head in a 3/4 facelock while pulling it forward such that the med student's body is parallel to the ground, then slamming his or face on the ground. The RKO is a health care provider's most effective form of feedback to a med student.
