Homan's sign is a physical exam maneuver to identify DVT in the leg.

How to Elicit Homan's Sign

To perform it, dorsiflex the foot. The test is positive if calf pain causes the patient to scream out in discomfort "HOLD ON, MAN!!" which when blurted out quickly kind of sounds like "HOOOOMANN!!"
