Narcan is used in an emergency situation to effectively reverse a narcotic overdose but not the narcotic epidemic. Administration of Narcan is quickly followed by a devastating plummet in the Press Ganey score.[1] It is, however, the agent that did awake Sleeping Beauty.[2] Narcan is useless in the treatment of food comas.[3]
