Sip-to-Sh*t Time

A statistical measure first joined by Dr. Joanna Arabica in her S2S study, sip-to-sh*t (or S2S) time is the time difference between a first sip of a substance (coffee) to the onset of defecation (often a morning poop. The average SDS time among coffee-induced defecation in Americans is 29.04 seconds.
