A '''tombstone piledriver''' is a [[Physical Exam|physical exam]] move in which a provider picks up a person that is facing him or her, turns the patient upside-down against the torso, jumps, and then drops to a kneeling position, dropping the person's head against the ground. It is a move made popular by The Undertaker. Though rarely used by providers at the bedside, it is still commonly used between providers of different services who don't see [[Ophthalmologist|eye to eye]].
