A tombstone piledriver is a physical exam move in which a provider picks up a person that is facing him or her, turns the patient upside-down against the torso, jumps, and then drops to a kneeling position, dropping the person's head against the ground. It is a move made popular by The Undertaker. Though rarely used by providers at the bedside, it is still commonly used between providers of different services who don't see eye to eye.
