A facebuster variant, the F5 Facebuster was created by Brock Lesnar. In this most awesome of physical exam maneuvers, the health care provider lifts a member of the Joint Commission in a fireman's carry, twists, and then throws the JC member legs out in a spin while the provider falls backward, causing the JC member to land face and chest first. An F5 Facebuster is positive if the Joint Commission immediately flees.
