Unlike the standard 12-lead ECG[1], the 1-lead ECG is incredibly substandard. The only reason you'd get one is if you've lost the other 11 leads. But in that case, your department really needs to get a new ECG machine. Like now! Because a 1-lead ECG? Useless. Really useless. Why'd you even try?!
