Tobramycin is a potent aminoglycoside antibiotic that is often referred to as tobra in short. However, prescribing physicians need to be careful when typing tobra on smartphones because autocorrect will change it to "two bras," leading to this possible awkward text conversation:

Dr. Miller: Hey, so I think we should change the antibiotic and give her two bras.

Dr. Jones: (Long pause.) Ummm... Why are we giving the patient two bras?! Is she sagging that much?
