A '''co-signature''' is that short blurb written by an attending physician at the end of an [[July Intern|intern]] or resident's note. The most common '''co-signature''' usually says something like "I saw and examined the patient with the resident and agree with the findings and plan of care as outlined in the note above." This is boring. Consider adding some flare to the '''co-signature''' instead. Something like "I totally disagree with the resident, what a moron! Am I right?!"<ref>[http://gomerblog.com/2016/10/alternate-co-signatures/ Alternate Co-Signatures When Supervising Residents]</ref>
