Pulled pork (also known as a pulled hamstring) is when a pig strains one of his or her posterior thigh muscles. Because these muscles are difficult to rehabilitate, the pigs are slaughtered and made into delicious BBQ sandwiches or drug-eluting stents instead.[1]
