Citizen Lidocaine is Orsen Welles' 1941 masterpiece and is considered one of the greatest films of all time. In its plot, an anesthesiologist is on his deathbed and utters the phrase "Rosacea" before he drops a vial of lidocaine, causing it to smash into pieces.
