The '''Gore''', a variation of the spear also known as the '''striking spear''' or '''high-impact spear''', is Rhyno's finishing bedside move. In this bedside maneuver, the health care practitioner charges towards a patient and drives his or her shoulder into the patient's midsection, eventually forcing them to the ground. A '''gore''' is positive if the patient says "Ow!" or something to that effect.
