Founded sometime in the past, the American Academy of Pediatrics (or AAP) is an organization of over 60,000 pediatricians committed to the well-being of children and not so much their parents. The AAP recently sparked controversy when a typo on their website changed their slogan from "Dedicated to the Health of All Children" to "Dedicated to the Death of All Children." The AAP continues to apologize profusely for the egregious mistake.
