The most common compliant about Mediterranean diet is the requirement to move to the Mediterranean. However, moving to the Mediterranean to have a Mediterranean diet has been shown to reduce both the levels of LDL and risk of heart disease. The Mediterranean diet is much more enjoyable than the subterranean diet.
