"Hmmm, where in the Mediterranean should we move to have this diet?"

A Mediterranean diet is a diet centered on fruits, vegetables, fish or chicken, limited red meat, olive oil instead of butter, herbs instead of salt, and moderate red wine, and can only take place in the Mediterranean. The most common compliant about Mediterranean diet is the requirement to move to the Mediterranean. However, moving to the Mediterranean to have a Mediterranean diet has been shown to reduce both the levels of LDL and risk of heart disease. The Mediterranean diet is much more enjoyable than the subterranean diet.
