Prometric (or Prometric Testing) is a U.S. company that administers many bullsh*t tests to medical professionals, like the MCAT or USMLE. Prometric testing sites are notorious for their strict exit and reentry protocols.
How to Exit a Prometric Site
Look, here's the thing. You really should not exit the sight. Because getting back into a Prometric sight is worse than coming through U.S. customs after an international flight. Seriously. We implore you. Please stay.
How to Reenter a Prometric Site
- Say prayer, even if not religious - You're gonna need all the help you can get. Don't say we didn't warn you.
- Provide two passports - That's right, two. This is one of the easier steps.
- Pass retinal scan - Of note, the scan will cause permanent damage to your retina. Now you know.
- Pay $1000 reentry fee - Cash only.
- Submit blood and urine samples - These must be collected by a Prometric agent.
- Testicular exam for men, pelvic exam for women - To ensure the highest security, each reentering test taker must submit to a formal 30-minute long genital exam.
- Repeat testicular or pelvic exam by second Prometric agent - You can never be too cautious.
- Provide another two passports - These cannot be the same as the first two passports presented.
- Reentry colonoscopy - Anyone with polyps or bleeding will be admitted to a hospital, in which case the test will be forfeited.
- Provide doctor's note - Must be dated from that day.
