Co-Signature

Revision as of 05:12, 25 November 2016 by Dr. 99 (talk | contribs)$7

A co-signature is that short blurb written by an attending physician at the end of an intern or resident's note. The most common co-signature usually says something like "I saw and examined the patient with the resident and agree with the findings and plan of care as outlined in the note above." This is boring. Consider adding some flare to the co-signature instead. Something like "I totally disagree with the resident, what a moron! Am I right?!"[1]
