CURE
The 2001 CURE trial asked the following clinical question: In patients with UA or NSTEMI, does playing the Cure's 1999 album Disintegration in addition to aspirin reduce cardiovascular mortality, MI, or stroke? The answer was yes, but with an increased risk of major bleeding.[1] In response to that, the author of the study simply responded "Boys don't cry."
