Trapezius
The trapezius is a large muscle with a horizontal bar commonly used during aerial performances at the circus. The beauty of the muscle was captured in a song about Jules Leotard back in the 19th century:
He'd fly through the air with the greatest of ease-ius, That daring young man on the flying trapezius
