Trickle-Down Theory
Trickle-down theory (also known as trickle-down economics) is an economic model in which financial benefits to the wealthy (such as tax breaks) stimulates economic growth and urinary incontinence, with the result being that all members of society benefit from the raining down of both wealth and urine. Ideally a Foley catheter would be nice to handle the trickle and prevent skin breakdown. However, it would be so big that not even the strongest of urologists would be able to place it.
