Grand Rounds refers to the grandest of all rounds. Think of any of your favorite rounds on Earth - rounds, rounding, even bedside rounds - and then make them infinitely better, so much so that people of all kinds of subspecialties and training will want to hear about your rounding stories of yore in a dedicated room, nay, an auditorium!
