A facebuster variant, the F5 was created by Brock Lesnar. In this most awesome of physical exam maneuvers, the health care provider lifts a member of the Joint Commission in a fireman's carry, twists, and then throws him or her legs out in a spin while the provider falls backward, causing the victim to land face and chest first. An F5 is positive if the Joint Commission immediately flees.
