Bright red blocks per rectum (BRBPR) is always concerning for a gastrointestinal bleed in a LEGO person and may warrant colonoscopy.[1][2] Treatment should begin with at least 2 large boar IVs, PPI, serial hemoglobin & hematcrit, and gastroenterology consult.
