Norco is a pain medication that combines hydrocodone with acetaminophen. Patients will tell you that this medication will not work for their pain because it contains Tylenol. They are correct. The point of acetaminophen in this combination pill is to fully inactivate hydrocodone. So use That One That Starts with a D instead.[1]
