Cadillacs

"Hey man, look at at sweet, red cataract!"

For hundreds of years, elderly patients have referred to cataracts as Cadillacs in the hopes of inciting raucous laughter from anybody within earshot. A recent movement by the entire human population under the age of 70 aims at retiring this joke to the Medical Humor Hall of Fame, never to be heard from again.
