MET Call
A MET call (may be referred to as a Code MET) is a means by which a health care professional or even family can call for help when a member of the New York Mets develops abnormal vital signs, typically with a hospital-wide page and/or overhead announcement. This differs from a YANK call (or Code YANK), which involves a member of the New York Yankees.
