Unrelated to the Rod of Asclepius, the Hot Rod of Asclepius is a souped-up motor vehicle of the Greek god Asclepius, presumably the precursor to what are now known as modern-day ambulances.[1][2][3] The serpent is not wrapped around the hot rod, but instead sitting comfortably in shotgun, putting on some awesome tunes with the AC blasting.
