Barbaric oxygen therapy is the medical use of oxygen therapy at a level that is savagely cruel, often consisting of both a pressure chamber and torture chamber. Patients tend to prefer hyperbaric oxygen therapy or even hypobaric oxygen therapy to barbaric oxygen therapy.
