101 Drug Seekers is a 1961 Disney animated film about drug seekers in the healthcare system. Cruella Dilaudid is the ring leader and wants all the narcotics for herself. They eventually unionize and form a Drug Seekers Union[1] to claim pain as the 5th vital sign.[2]

Dr. 99: I never would've guessed that Cruella de Vil was the good guy in this film.
Lord V Lockwell: It's a little overboard to want to skin a bunch of drug seekers and wear them as a coat.
