ABC Score

The ABC score predicts the need for massive transfusion in trauma patients. If the patient can recite the first three letters of the alphabet (ABC), he or she will be just fine. If the patient can't even recite the first letter of the alphabet (widely regarded to be the letter A), transfusion and transfuse quickly!!
