Labial Claw

"That labial claw is quite painful!!"

A labial claw is a very painful physical exam maneuver. If a female patient says something offensive, an internist or OB/GYN may grab the patient by the labia and squeeze in order to exact revenge. For the male equivalent, see Testicular Claw.
