The BRAT diet represents one of the three things:

  1. A diet of bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast recommended for those recovering from a gastrointestinal illness, particularly children
  2. A diet of bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast for poorly-behaved spoiled children
  3. A diet consisting only of bratwurst
