Readmission has several definitions depending on the source:

1. Mayo Clinic: a patient who is admitted to the hospital within 30 days of discharge
2. Gomerblog: Ugh, the worst!^[1]
3. Gomerpedia: better known as the phrase bounce back because they bounce right back!^[2]
