"Abysmal" is a common word used by cardiologists to describe Einthoven's quadrilateral. It is even worse than Einthoven's pentagon.
Confusion
Einthoven's quadrilateral is a completely different entity from Einthoven's quadriceps, which are simply Einthoven's front thigh muscles.
