When something causes your brain to actually explode and Neurosurgery needs to be called. It is possible to have one's mind blown with the skull remaining intact; however, there are cases so mind-blowing that the skull is exploded to shreds. No matter the degree of trauma, neurosurgeons are quite adept at what they can do and can often repair the mind-blown brain using something as simple as duct tape.[1]
