More common than septic, cardiogenic, hypovolemic, and anaphylactic shock combined, sticker shock is a life-threatening condition when the tissues and organs of the body are not receiving enough blood flow as the result of the exorbitant price of a product. The release of the iPhone X has been the latest source of epidemic proportions of sticker shock.[1][2][3] Mainstays of treatment include aggressive IV fluids, vasopressors, and Lotto tickets.
