"That Press Ganey waveform doesn't look good..."

Vital signs include temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate[1][2][3], and the Press Ganey score.[4] Pain is not a f**king vital sign.[5][6] Oxygen saturation isn't a vital sign, though it probably should be.[7]
