Medicine Ball-Induced Esophagitis

Uggggghhhh, this is the worst! Imagine esophagitis caused by a potassium pill (see Pill-Induced Esophagitis). Painful, right? Now imagine esophagitis caused by a 30-lb. medicine ball (see Medicine Ball). Yowsah!

If you aren't able to totally eliminated medicine balls from your regimen, then try swallowing smaller-sized medicine balls.
