Assteroids

Created in 1971, Assteroids was an arcade shooter game in which a ship named Preparation-H was used to shoot and destroy hemorrhoids in order to stay alive and keep the toilet paper white. The only real way to beat the game was to incorporate fiber into the game cartridge's diet. On the 50th anniversary of the game, Assteroids will be due for a routine screening colonoscopy.
