Nasal Cannoli

"Hmmm, which two do I want to put up my nose?"

A nasal cannoli is an Italian pastry of a hardened tube-shaped shell filled with ricotta cheese and usually chocolate that is stuck in someone's nose. A nasal cannoli is actually more functional than a nasal cannula worn on one's forehead.
