"Look at all those beautiful skin flakes!"

Snowglobe sign is positive when you remove a patient’s sock and you see a flurry of dry, exfoliated skin, reminiscent of a snowglobe. The finding is nonspecific, but often indicates you have an elderly patient.[1][2][3][4]
