Who cares, doesn't matter. Just call it what it is: vancof**kingmycin!
Pharmacologic Category
Big gun. How big? HUGE. It's King Damn Vanc, for Pete's sake.
Dosing
As much as you can get away with without forcing dialysis.

Whatever your heart desires. See Route of Administration.
Indications
Anything. If there's a fever, give it. If there isn't a fever, give it. But when you give it, always pair it with Zosyn. If Vanc is the King, then Zosyn is the Queen!
Adverse Reactions
There are probably some. But it's vancomycin!!!! You know you want to use it!
