One of the few treatment innovations in the field of neurology besides aspirin and statins, a thinking cap is a soft type of hat that when placed upon the head has been scientifically-proven to stimulate brain activity, causing anywhere from a 100-300% surge in both brainstorming and the production of creative juices. Though rare, the overstimulation of the brain and hyperactivity can, on occasion, produce seizures. Risk-benefit analysis still favors wearing the thinking cap than keeping it in the closet.

Gomerpedia Tip

Never get your thinking cap wet: there is 1% chance of electrocution.
