P Clancy - What to Wear, What to Wear.jpg

Though scrubs were initially designed as a protective garment for health care professionals who work in the operating room, they currently are best known for what they actually are: work pajamas. They are health care professionals' saving grace and if not for them they probably would have staged a walk out a long, long time ago.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] That being said, because we have the chance to wear scrubs to work, there is an unwritten rule that we must always respect: Under no circumstances should one ever, ever wear different colored scrub tops and bottoms to work. That's just wrong.[8]
