Kudos is the highest honor that a hospital administrator or CEO can bestow upon its minions.[1][2] Not a pay raise, not time off, it is greater than all of that. It is a form of compliments or congratulations. When a health care professional receives kudos, his or her life is said to have been lived to the fullest and now fully complete.[3][4][5]
