Da Vinci is a surgical robot that's a cross between HAL 9000 and a tortoise, whose utility is indirectly proportional to its cost.[1] As a result of da Vinci's uselessness, it is used in many other ways[2][3][4][5][6][7], just not surgery. As of September 1, 2016, Da Vinci has been dating Rosie the Maid from The Jetsons.[8][9]
