The nation's oldest organization dedicated to fighting heart disease, the American Heart Association (or AHA) is the biggest rival of the American College of Cardiology. In fact, the AHA vs. ACC rivalry is considered the biggest in medicine. The AHA vs. ACC is similar to Cubs vs. White Sox, Steelers vs. Ravens, or Barcelona vs. Madrid. These guys truly hate each other.
